The first one was silly, at best. A bit troublesome, perhaps, but harmless in moderation. Certainly, some people have used it as an excuse to reel around in a drunken stupor all day and all night, but it wasn't as though accomplishing it through moderation was an impossible feat.

Oh, honestly. I'm not certain how much beer goes into filling up a single bottle, but I do know that a hundred of anything is more than enough to cause trouble.
